Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible, non-custom products.
  • You must contact us before initiating a return — unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
  • Returned items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Missing or damaged parts must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Custom Work

Due to the nature of made-to-order and personalized work, custom items are non-returnable and not eligible for refund once production has started. If you're unsure whether your request qualifies as custom, please ask before ordering. Warranty Claims

If a product fails due to a defect or mistake on our part, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge. Before approving a warranty claim, we may request photos or walk through some troubleshooting steps to help determine the cause of the issue.
