By placing an order with Biskit Built 3D, LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service, along with all other policies posted on our website, including but not limited to our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy. These policies apply to every purchase, whether made through our website, in person, or by special order.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review all applicable policies prior to purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or our posted policies, do not place an order.

Order Acceptance

Biskit Built 3D, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected misuse, incorrect ordering, product availability, or any situation where we determine the order cannot be fulfilled as intended.

General Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

All products sold by Biskit Built 3D, LLC are designed and intended for specific applications. By purchasing or using any product, the customer acknowledges that use is at their own risk.

Products must be used only as intended and in accordance with any provided instructions or common safe practices. Improper use, modification, or use outside of intended applications may result in damage, equipment failure, or injury.

The customer assumes all responsibility for proper installation, mounting, handling, and use of any product. Biskit Built 3D, LLC is not liable for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or failure to properly secure or maintain a product.

Firearm-Related Product Use

Certain products sold by Biskit Built 3D, LLC are designed for use in conjunction with firearms or hunting equipment, including mounting or holding devices.

These products are not certified or rated for firearm safety applications and are intended for general use only. Proper installation, secure mounting, and safe handling practices are the sole responsibility of the user.

Failure to properly secure or use these products may result in damage to equipment or personal injury.

By purchasing or using these products, the customer assumes all risks associated with their use and releases Biskit Built 3D, LLC from liability related to improper installation, misuse, or failure during use.

Decoy Doctor – Product Use & Safety Disclaimer

The Decoy Doctor and all related components, kits, and accessories are designed and tested in-house by Biskit Built 3D, LLC. These systems are not certified by a licensed electrician and are not intended to meet commercial electrical compliance standards.

By purchasing, installing, or using any Decoy Doctor product, the customer assumes all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to electrical hazards, water exposure, equipment failure, and damage resulting from improper installation or use in hunting environments.

Installation & Use

All installation and use of The Decoy Doctor is performed at the customer’s own risk.

Performance will vary based on the user’s ability to follow the provided instructions and complete a proper installation.

Incorrect installation, use on incompatible decoys, or deviation from the instructions may result in reduced performance, system failure, or damage.

No Guarantee of Performance

Because installation, environmental conditions, and individual setups vary, Biskit Built 3D, LLC does not guarantee specific performance outcomes. Results may vary based on installation quality, equipment used, and field conditions.

Battery Use & Safety

Batteries recommended on our website or social media are selected based on compatibility, size, and performance, and typically include an internal Battery Management System (BMS) designed to help prevent overcharge, over-discharge, and short circuit conditions.

Biskit Built 3D, LLC does not manufacture batteries and makes no guarantees regarding battery performance, reliability, or long-term safety.

Customers are solely responsible for proper battery selection, storage, inspection, charging, and replacement.

The use of an inline fuse on the battery’s positive lead is a common 12V DC safety precaution. A fuse is not included by default. Customers are responsible for determining whether to incorporate additional circuit protection.

By purchasing or using any Decoy Doctor product, the customer assumes all risks related to battery use and releases Biskit Built 3D, LLC from any liability related to battery failure, misuse, or improper installation.

Battery Supply Policy

Batteries are only provided by Biskit Built 3D when part of a fully built decoy or custom installation service.

DIY kits do not include batteries. Customers are responsible for sourcing their own. For convenience, we provide affiliate links to batteries that we have tested and used.

Pre-Built & Custom Installations

Pre-built decoys and custom installation services are offered on a limited basis. Each unit is assembled and tested prior to delivery to verify basic function at the time of completion.

After delivery, all responsibility for inspection, maintenance, battery handling, and continued use transfers to the customer.

Use of these systems in hunting environments, including exposure to water, debris, and firearm activity, introduces inherent risks. By accepting a pre-built or custom system, the customer assumes all associated risks and releases Biskit Built 3D, LLC from liability related to use, damage, or environmental conditions.

Customers receiving a pre-built or custom installation service may also be required to review and sign a separate acknowledgment and release of liability prior to completion or delivery.

Product Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that any product purchased is compatible with their intended use, equipment, or setup. Biskit Built 3D, LLC is not responsible for issues resulting from improper fitment, incompatible equipment, or incorrect product selection.

Warranty – Decoy Doctor Components

All 3D printed parts included in a Decoy Doctor kit or custom build are guaranteed to fit and function as intended. If a part does not fit or fails due to a defect on our end, we will replace it at no cost. Photos are helpful for warranty claims, but parts do not need to be returned.

This warranty applies only to initial functionality at the time of delivery.

Not Covered

• Pumps, switches, timers, batteries, and other electrical components
• Adhesives, sealants, and normal wear items such as gaskets (covered if defective, but not for general wear)
• Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, over-tightening, or use on incompatible decoys

Replacement of worn or failed components over time is considered normal maintenance and is the responsibility of the customer.

Third-Party Components

Third-party components such as electrical parts, hardware, and timers are sourced from external suppliers.

These components are selected based on compatibility, availability, and our own in-house testing and experience. While every effort is made to ensure all parts are functional at the time of shipment, Biskit Built 3D, LLC does not manufacture these components and does not provide a warranty on third-party parts.

Customers are responsible for replacement of third-party components as needed due to normal wear, failure, misuse, or use over time.

If a component is found to be defective upon initial use, please contact us.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biskit Built 3D, LLC shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase, installation, use, or misuse of any product.

This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, property damage, equipment failure, fire, electrical malfunction, water intrusion, or damage resulting from use in hunting environments.

By placing an order and using our products, the customer agrees to assume all associated risks and releases and holds harmless Biskit Built 3D, LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages.
