Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders placed after 8:00 PM Eastern Time on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM Eastern on Saturdays will be processed the following Monday. We do not ship on Sundays or federal holidays. Processing times will vary due to the nature of 3d printed parts. I we belive your items will take longer than 5 days to manufacture, we’ll reach out by email with an update.
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days after your order is processed. For custom-built products or made-to-order parts, lead time may be up to one week depending on workload. If your order is expected to take longer, we’ll reach out by email with an update.
If you’re on a tight deadline, you’re welcome to request a rush — but please note that we can’t guarantee expedited handling. We’ll do our best to accommodate when possible.
3. Carriers & Costs
We ship using USPS or UPS, depending on the size of your order and current shipping rates. Carrier selection is based on what’s most cost-effective at the time of shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
4. Custom Builds & Lead Time
Custom-built products ship based on workload, project complexity, and time of season. Turnaround may vary, especially during peak hunting season when order volume is high. Shipping time is separate from build time.
5. International Orders
At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to high shipping costs, customs delays, import duties, and the inability to support warranties outside the U.S. Please contact us if you are willing to accept the high shipping costs and all other additional cost associated with international trade.
6. Responsibility for Delivery
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by the shipping carrier. If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found, please check with your local carrier or post office first. We’ll do our best to assist if issues arise, but delivery problems are ultimately out of our control. Customers are responsible for additional shipping charges that result from inaccurate shipping addresses.
