Note: Only 750 GPH kits include clear directional tubing. 1100 GPH kits do not due to the larger outlet size.

The Decoy Doctor Swimmer Kit is a DIY motion decoy conversion system designed to turn a compatible standard decoy into a realistic, customizable swimmer.

Unlike a typical off-the-shelf motion decoy, the Decoy Doctor is a modular system built to be maintained, repaired, upgraded, and adapted as your needs change.

Customize your decoy’s motion by adjusting the timing sequence, adding remote control, or choosing between 750 and 1100 GPH pump options. Tow additional decoys with the Decoy Doctor Tow Bar, or use our Drop Line to connect to a spreader bar and add movement throughout your spread.

The electrical assembly can be removed and transferred to another compatible decoy with our Transplant Kit, allowing you to reuse the same core system in a different decoy.

Pump sizes can also be changed later with our Cardiac Conversion Kit, allowing you to move up or down in pump size without replacing the entire system.

The Decoy Doctor Swimmer is designed to fit many standard-size floating duck decoys when there is enough mounting area and internal clearance for the complete assembly.

The Gen 3 Swimmer maintains the same general footprint as previous Decoy Doctor versions while remaining compatible with a wide range of commonly available duck decoys.

Smaller species decoys may not provide enough room for the system. Teal decoys are generally too small, and we are not currently aware of a teal decoy large enough to house the complete assembly. The smallest decoy we have successfully converted is an Avian-X Wood Duck.

Foam-filled decoys are not recommended. They may still be usable, but carving out the foam around the installation area adds significant time and can make the conversion much more difficult.

Verify fitment before cutting. Internal construction and available clearance vary by manufacturer and model. Confirm that your decoy has enough room for the complete system before beginning the installation.

The Decoy Doctor gives you a practical starting point for creating custom motion in a compatible decoy. Although it is designed around a bilge-pump system, it leaves room for builders and tinkerers to adapt the system and explore their own ideas.
